"Box" Track - Therapeutic Services


After your 15 minute screening call, you will be told which service type would be the best fit for you. If you receive information that you are a best candidate for our “Box” services (services that are ongoing and build on one another with consistency and regularity and are clinical in nature), you will have an initial Box Track intake for the services described below. Ongoing sessions days and times will also be determined and scheduled at this time. 

If you’ve already met with a Ladderbox clinician for an initial Box track intake and would like to continue to meet, we have weekly, biweekly, and monthly therapeutic sessions available for both short and long term enrollment periods (at the discretion of the clinician and participant).

Therapy services will involve a consistent commitment to a therapeutic relationship where a specially designed treatment plan will be developed with specific and measurable therapeutic goals set to be addressed by one or multiple therapeutic modalities. Modalities that Ladderbox, LLC presently practices include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT)
- Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERP)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- A collective approach to couples counseling including themes from the Gottman approach
- Processing Groups
- Clinician facilitated support groups

Billing

SESSION BILLING:

-Sessions are billed directly to the participant’s debit or credit card on file (or the debit or credit card of an authorized representative).
-Billing takes place 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.
-Should a participant need to cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice, their provider will attempt to offer at least one (1) reschedule option within 5 days of the missed session. This reschedule option is not guaranteed, but our clinicians are dedicated to providing any option possible so that you participants do not experience a gap in care when they have a last minute emergency.

INSURANCE:
-Ladderbox, LLC does not participate as an in-network provider for mental health services, however, invoices can be submitted for out of network benefits
-a monthly invoice (called a "Superbill") will be sent to you at the end of each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement per your out of network benefits.
-To learn what those are and to learn where to send "superbills" you can contact your insurance company directly via the number on the back of your insurance card.
